The staff was friendly and accommodating, manager was professional and jovial, spacious and clean rooms, reasonably priced and tasty food at the restaurant, value for money breakfast buffet, good options for North Indian dishes.

Not one thing.

This resort is located close to a beautiful beach and the natural greenery provides a calming atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The pool towels were in good condition and there were plenty of them for guests. The breakfast had an extensive menu and the white soft towels were changed daily.

The service was disorganized and the staff seemed to have no direction in serving guests.

The hotel had beautiful grounds with fish in the lobby and clean, soft towels that were changed daily. Our bed was comfortable and the pool towels were in good condition.

The food was also a letdown, as many of the items on the menu were not available and the quality was poor. we had to place our orders for breakfast and dinner the day before and the service was disorganized.

Great view & Lovely Rooms

We came for our romantic escape and the view from the room was breathtaking! The room was lovely and cozy, perfect for a couple. The location was convenient and close to all the local attractions. We also enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. It was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

Our experience was marred by poor service and unappetizing food. The staff were unresponsive, and it was a hassle to get anything done.
